Shipping

We fulfil and ship all our products ourselves from our H.Q in Cornwall, UK. We ship to the UK, the USA and the rest of the world via our website. For orders destined for Europe we recommend using our Etsy site in order to have all the correct customs charges due since Brexit.

We aim to process orders on the same or the following business day sent within the UK using Royal Mail 48hr Tracked.

For orders to the USA and R.O.W we use Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow 5-9 business days from when your order has shipped. Once your order has reached the destination country it is then transferred to the national Postal Service, for example in the USA this is USPS. Please note - we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the postal service but we're here to help whenever there is a problem. We allow a further 21 business days before investigating missing items to allow any delays to make their way through the system. 13 Moon Journal 2025

By far the most beautiful journal I’ve seen

I bought this Moon Journal on a whim simply because it is beautiful: the cover, the artwork, the colorful pages… just stunning even to flip through. It has thick, high quality paper, an attached ribbon bookmark, and an elastic on the back cover. Every detail is attended to. I haven’t previously focused on the moon phases and I’m finding it interesting to follow this schedule, particularly the Venn diagram at the beginning of each moon cycle to help guide your focus at that time of the year. It’s amazing how writing something down helps to bring it to fruition. Everything is explained at the front of the journal for beginners like me, and the included astrological information is beyond my knowledge but it gives me more to learn! The half page available for journalling (except once a week when there is a full page) turns out to be perfect because it encourages me to write each day but limits the space so it doesn’t take too long and feel like a burden. I’m excited to try the guided meditations that are included via QR codes. There are so many layers to this journal which offer different ways to use it — whichever way works for you! Highly recommend!!

Love the concept

I love the concept of a 13 month moon journal. The information along the 13 month journey and artwork are fabulous. Shipping was quick. Two tweaks would make this perfect (for me) - that the pages could lay a bit flatter (easier to write), and some page colors were pretty dark. I am looking forward to the next journal.

Where are you based? Do you deliver to the US?

Our studio is located in Cornwall, UK. We post out all our items directly from our H.Q to anywhere in the world, including the USA.

How much is shipping?

Shipping starts at £3.99 for mainland UK orders. USA orders start at $14.50. All shipping costs are calculated at check-out and are dependent on weight/dimension.

What are your shipping times?

2-3 business days anywhere in the UK from dispatch. 5-9 business days for the rest of the world.

Do you sell wholesale?

We sell some of our items wholesale. Please contact us directly on info@moonphasestudios.com including your website or social business links and we can discuss this directly with you.

What do I do if I think my item is lost?

If you have waited longer than our shipping times then please contact us asap on info@moonphasestudios.com . There is very little we can do once an item is in the postal system but we pride ourselves on great customer service and will do anything we can to assist you.

Can items be shipped to multiple addresses?

No, unfortunately not. We can only ship to one address on the order. If you want items to go to different addresses please place two separate orders.

I placed a pre-order and another item from your website. When will I receive my other item?

If you order another item alongside a pre-order item, then your non pre order item will be dispatched straight away. Pre orders will be dispatched separately.

When does the pre-launch offer end?

The discounted pre-order offers will cease at the end of September (TBC). Moon Phase Studios hold the right to withdraw pre-orders before this date.

When will pre-sale orders be shipped and how will I know when it is on its way?

All pre-orders are being dispatched around the end of October / Start of November 2024. Once a pre-order has been placed, you will receive regular email updates notifying you of your order status. Once your pre-order is dispatched you will receive tracking details as usual.

What if I change my mind about my pre order?

What will the prices be after the pre-launch sale has ended?

Our “Buy Now” price for the 13 Moon Journal will increase from £35 to £38. Please see the other bundle listings for their “Buy Now” price.

Can I add items to my pre order once it has been placed and paid for?

Unfortunately once a pre-order is a placed we cannot combine other items onto it as it is already in our system. We can however completely cancel and refund your pre-order so you can place a whole new order for all the items you want. Please contact us at info@moonphasestudios.com to assist you with this.

Will you be selling the electronic version of the Journal as part of the pre order bundle?

No, the digital version of the 2025 journal will not be ready for sale until November 2024 and will not be part of our pre-order offer.

How do I use the Venn Diagram?

The venn diagram combines three aspects of the lunar cycle ahead:

the current season and Moon feast name
the astrological stand point of the new moon (starting point)
the astrological stand point of the full moon (goal to work towards)

By considering these three things we can evaluate how the lunar cycle will begin and where it shall take us. The venn diagram allows a moment to brainstorm your intentions and goals for the month ahead.

What is the tracking box for?

The tracking box allows you to find any correlation between something personal to you and the moon’s phases. This could be a menstrual cycle, headaches, energy levels etc. It is also a great tool for those without a menstrual cycle, who can follow the moon’s phases to live in a cyclical rhythm.

What type of paper is it printed on?

The journal internal pages are 140gsm uncoated matt in Forest Society Certified paper. The binding is stitched, not glued for a premium writing experience.

When does the journal start/end?

The journal begins on the 30th December 2024 (the last new moon of 2024) and follows 13 New Moon cycles to the 19th December 2025.

What timezone zone is the 13 Moon Journal in?

We have two time zones for the 13 Moon Journal: Pacific Standard Time and London Greenwich Mean time. You will automatically receive the journal suited to the country from which you place your order. If you would like to specifically change this, then please contact us before placing your order and we can arrange this for you.

REST OF THE WORLD

£11 ($14.50 US dollars) Royal Mail International Standard (tracked).

Royal Mail aims to deliver in 5-9 working days, although at busy times this can be longer.

Delivery

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries apart from oversized parcels which will be sent with Parcelforce. We'll dispatch your order within 2 business days of ordering, but in most cases - the same day!

Once your order is with the postal service or courier we cannot intervene or divert a parcel. However, if there are any issues or amendments you want to make please get in touch as we may be able to help.

All of our items are sent with Tracking so you can enter the tracking number onto the Royal Mail or Parcelforce website. There may be cases where the parcel has to reach a certain destination point before tracking will be updated.

**Refund and return policy

As a small business we cannot offer free returns and will not supply a free returns label. However, should your item arrive damaged please contact us immediately and we will resolve your issue. Email us at info@moonphasestudios.com with photos of the damage within 14 days of receipt.
