Enhance your journaling experience with our laser engraved ballpoint pen in our moon phase design. 

A weighted refillable brass ballpoint pen with a large blue ink cartridge and linear attachable cap.

Refills are sold separately, both blue and black available. 

Please Note - It is natural for brass to patina over time as it reacts to the oxygen in the air and the oils from your skin called toning. We recommend cleaning with a brass polish.

Shipping

We fulfil and ship all our products ourselves from our H.Q in Cornwall, UK. We ship to the UK, the USA and the rest of the world via our website. For orders destined for Europe we recommend using our Etsy site in order to have all the correct customs charges due since Brexit.

**Please note - due to the size and dimension of our products we may send them in separate shipments**

We aim to process orders on the same or the following business day sent within the UK using Royal Mail 48hr Tracked.

For orders to the USA and R.O.W we use Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow 5-9 business days from when your order has shipped. Once your order has reached the destination country it is then transferred to the national Postal Service, for example in the USA this is USPS. Please note - we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the postal service but we're here to help whenever there is a problem. We allow a further 21 business days before investigating missing items to allow any delays to make their way through the system. If your item has had a significant delay please contact us at info@moonphasestudios.com

The cost of shipping is based on weight and dimension of the items in your cart. You can add and remove items to your cart to check the shipping fees before committing to a purchase.

Lovely pens

I love these pens, I also bought the floral one. As they are made of metal, they are slightly heavier in your hand, which I love, makes great handwriting. The fact that there are also refills available is even better for an eco-minded person like me.

I love my new moon phase pen. Good weight and feel. Also love that it’s blue ink - my favourite and that a pack of refills comes too. One question…. can I order more refills when these are done please? Such a lovely, different design.

FAQs

Where are you based? Do you deliver to the US?

Our studio is located in Cornwall, UK. We post out all our items directly from our H.Q to anywhere in the world, including the USA.

How much is shipping?

Shipping starts at £3.99 for mainland UK orders. USA orders start at $14.50. All shipping costs are calculated at check-out and are dependent on weight/dimension.

What are your shipping times?

2-3 business days anywhere in the UK from dispatch. 5-9 business days for the rest of the world.

Do you sell wholesale?

We sell some of our items wholesale. Please contact us directly on info@moonphasestudios.com including your website or social business links and we can discuss this directly with you.

What do I do if I think my item is lost?

If you have waited longer than our shipping times then please contact us asap on info@moonphasestudios.com . There is very little we can do once an item is in the postal system but we pride ourselves on great customer service and will do anything we can to assist you.

Can items be shipped to multiple addresses?

No, unfortunately not. We can only ship to one address on the order. If you want items to go to different addresses please place two separate orders.

I placed a pre-order and another item from your website. When will I receive my other item?

If you order another item alongside a pre-order item, then your non pre order item will be dispatched straight away. Pre orders will be dispatched separately.

When does the pre-launch offer end?

The discounted pre-order offers will cease at the end of September (TBC). Moon Phase Studios hold the right to withdraw pre-orders before this date.

When will pre-sale orders be shipped and how will I know when it is on its way?

All pre-orders are being dispatched around the end of October / Start of November 2024. Once a pre-order has been placed, you will receive regular email updates notifying you of your order status. Once your pre-order is dispatched you will receive tracking details as usual.

What if I change my mind about my pre order?

If you change your mind about placing your pre-order please contact us on info@moonphasestudios.com

What will the prices be after the pre-launch sale has ended?

Our “Buy Now” price for the 13 Moon Journal will increase from £35 to £38. Please see the other bundle listings for their “Buy Now” price.

Can I add items to my pre order once it has been placed and paid for?

Unfortunately once a pre-order is a placed we cannot combine other items onto it as it is already in our system. We can however completely cancel and refund your pre-order so you can place a whole new order for all the items you want. Please contact us at info@moonphasestudios.com to assist you with this.

**Refund and return policy

As a small business we cannot offer free returns and will not supply a free returns label. However, should your item arrive damaged please contact us immediately and we will resolve your issue. Email us at info@moonphasestudios.com with photos of the damage within 14 days of receipt.

REST OF THE WORLD

£11 ($14.50 US dollars) Royal Mail International Standard (tracked).

Royal Mail aims to deliver in 5-9 working days, although at busy times this can be longer.

Delivery

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries apart from oversized parcels which will be sent with Parcelforce. We'll dispatch your order within 2 business days of ordering, but in most cases - the same day!

Once your order is with the postal service or courier we cannot intervene or divert a parcel. However, if there are any issues or amendments you want to make please get in touch as we may be able to help.

All of our items are sent with Tracking so you can enter the tracking number onto the Royal Mail or Parcelforce website. There may be cases where the parcel has to reach a certain destination point before tracking will be updated.
