We fulfil and ship all our products ourselves from our H.Q in Cornwall, UK. We ship to the UK, the USA and the rest of the world via our website. For orders destined for Europe we recommend using our Etsy site in order to have all the correct customs charges due since Brexit.

**Please note - due to the size and dimension of our products we may send them in separate shipments**

We aim to process orders on the same or the following business day sent within the UK using Royal Mail 48hr Tracked.

For orders to the USA and R.O.W we use Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow 5-9 business days from when your order has shipped. Once your order has reached the destination country it is then transferred to the national Postal Service, for example in the USA this is USPS. Please note - we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the postal service but we're here to help whenever there is a problem. We allow a further 21 business days before investigating missing items to allow any delays to make their way through the system. Such a lovely book and companion through the seasons

What a wonderful book! You learn about the seasons, the moons, nature and rituals, but you can also use it as a workbook for each season (roughly each month). It gives you ideals for rituals, crystals, journal prompts. I love the fact that you can learn about different aspects but also keep it somewhere close on your nightstand to dip in and out at any time of the year when you want to connect with the current season and connect to the universe.

Book is constructed well. I was a bit disappointed that there weren't any colors, but decided I will color in the flowers and leaves ;)
I haven't read any of it yet, but glancing through it, it appears to be comprehensive and exactly what I wanted - learning how to practice!

Each facet is explained in plain language rish with descriptions and examples. An excellent primer on holistic seasonal living.

We offer Free Delivery on all orders over £60 (Royal Mail 48h Tracked).

EUROPE

Due to the fees incurred in various countries across Europe post Brexit, we ask you to place your order through our Etsy page who will take care of any import fees and taxes automatically. You can reach our Etsy page here.

REST OF THE WORLD

£11 ($14.50 US dollars) Royal Mail International Standard (tracked).

Royal Mail aims to deliver in 5-9 working days, although at busy times this can be longer.

Delivery

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries apart from oversized parcels which will be sent with Parcelforce. We'll dispatch your order within 2 business days of ordering, but in most cases - the same day!

Once your order is with the postal service or courier we cannot intervene or divert a parcel. However, if there are any issues or amendments you want to make please get in touch as we may be able to help.

All of our items are sent with Tracking so you can enter the tracking number onto the Royal Mail or Parcelforce website. There may be cases where the parcel has to reach a certain destination point before tracking will be updated.

**Refund and return policy

As a small business we cannot offer free returns and will not supply a free returns label. However, should your item arrive damaged please contact us immediately and we will resolve your issue. Email us at info@moonphasestudios.com with photos of the damage within 14 days of receipt.

Where are you based? Do you deliver to the US?

Our studio is located in Cornwall, UK. We post out all our items directly from our H.Q to anywhere in the world, including the USA.

How much is shipping?

Shipping starts at £3.99 for mainland UK orders. USA orders start at $14.50. All shipping costs are calculated at check-out and are dependent on weight/dimension.

What are your shipping times?

2-3 business days anywhere in the UK from dispatch. 5-9 business days for the rest of the world.

Do you sell wholesale?
