Shipping

We fulfil and ship all our products ourselves from our H.Q in Cornwall, UK. We ship to the UK, the USA and the rest of the world via our website. For orders destined for Europe we recommend using our Etsy site in order to have all the correct customs charges due since Brexit.

**Please note - due to the size and dimension of our products we may send them in separate shipments**

We aim to process orders on the same or the following business day sent within the UK using Royal Mail 48hr Tracked.

For orders to the USA and R.O.W we use Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow 5-9 business days from when your order has shipped. Once your order has reached the destination country it is then transferred to the national Postal Service, for example in the USA this is USPS. Please note - we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the postal service but we're here to help whenever there is a problem. We allow a further 21 business days before investigating missing items to allow any delays to make their way through the system. The cost of shipping is based on weight and dimension of the items in your cart. You can add and remove items to your cart to check the shipping fees before committing to a purchase.

The moon calendar was smaller than I expected and no bottom piece with the months laid out like I’ve seen in others but I guess I chose the wrong one. It’s still beautiful though

I’m glad I splashed out on this beautiful moon calendar art piece print. I wanted to connect in more to the moon journey and this will help me do that in such a pleasingly aesthetic way. I would have liked more handbook descriptions of the paintings depicting the astrological images such as why the lion is being held in that way? I’m looking forward to hanging it on January 1st 🥰

Where are you based? Do you deliver to the US?

Our studio is located in Cornwall, UK. We post out all our items directly from our H.Q to anywhere in the world, including the USA.

How much is shipping?

Shipping starts at £3.99 for mainland UK orders. USA orders start at $14.50. All shipping costs are calculated at check-out and are dependent on weight/dimension.

What are your shipping times?

2-3 business days anywhere in the UK from dispatch. 5-9 business days for the rest of the world.

Do you sell wholesale?

We sell some of our items wholesale. Please contact us directly on info@moonphasestudios.com including your website or social business links and we can discuss this directly with you.

What do I do if I think my item is lost?

If you have waited longer than our shipping times then please contact us asap on info@moonphasestudios.com . There is very little we can do once an item is in the postal system but we pride ourselves on great customer service and will do anything we can to assist you.

Can items be shipped to multiple addresses?

No, unfortunately not. We can only ship to one address on the order. If you want items to go to different addresses please place two separate orders.

We offer Free Delivery on all orders over £60 (Royal Mail 48h Tracked).

Tracked delivery on UK orders under £60 are £3.99 (Royal Mail 48h Tracked)

EUROPE

Due to the fees incurred in various countries across Europe post Brexit, we ask you to place your order through our Etsy page who will take care of any import fees and taxes automatically. You can reach our Etsy page here.

REST OF THE WORLD

£11 ($14.50 US dollars) Royal Mail International Standard (tracked).

Royal Mail aims to deliver in 5-9 working days, although at busy times this can be longer.

Delivery

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries apart from oversized parcels which will be sent with Parcelforce. We'll dispatch your order within 2 business days of ordering, but in most cases - the same day!

Once your order is with the postal service or courier we cannot intervene or divert a parcel. However, if there are any issues or amendments you want to make please get in touch as we may be able to help.

All of our items are sent with Tracking so you can enter the tracking number onto the Royal Mail or Parcelforce website. There may be cases where the parcel has to reach a certain destination point before tracking will be updated.

**Refund and return policy

As a small business we cannot offer free returns and will not supply a free returns label. However, should your item arrive damaged please contact us immediately and we will resolve your issue. Email us at info@moonphasestudios.com with photos of the damage within 14 days of receipt.
