Shipping

We fulfil and ship all our products ourselves from our H.Q in Cornwall, UK. We ship to the UK, the USA and the rest of the world via our website. For orders destined for Europe we recommend using our Etsy site in order to have all the correct customs charges due since Brexit.

**Please note - due to the size and dimension of our products we may send them in separate shipments**

We aim to process orders on the same or the following business day sent within the UK using Royal Mail 48hr Tracked.

For orders to the USA and R.O.W we use Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow 5-9 business days from when your order has shipped. Once your order has reached the destination country it is then transferred to the national Postal Service, for example in the USA this is USPS. Please note - we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the postal service but we're here to help whenever there is a problem. We allow a further 21 business days before investigating missing items to allow any delays to make their way through the system. The image looks like the bookmark is much darker than it is in person. I was expecting a dark blue or purple, or black, and the actual piece is royal blue.

Where are you based? Do you deliver to the US?

Our studio is located in Cornwall, UK. We post out all our items directly from our H.Q to anywhere in the world, including the USA.

How much is shipping?

Shipping starts at £3.99 for mainland UK orders. USA orders start at $14.50. All shipping costs are calculated at check-out and are dependent on weight/dimension.

What are your shipping times?

2-3 business days anywhere in the UK from dispatch. 5-9 business days for the rest of the world.

Do you sell wholesale?

We sell some of our items wholesale. Please contact us directly on info@moonphasestudios.com including your website or social business links and we can discuss this directly with you.

What do I do if I think my item is lost?

If you have waited longer than our shipping times then please contact us asap on info@moonphasestudios.com . There is very little we can do once an item is in the postal system but we pride ourselves on great customer service and will do anything we can to assist you.

Can items be shipped to multiple addresses?

No, unfortunately not. We can only ship to one address on the order. If you want items to go to different addresses please place two separate orders.

I placed a pre-order and another item from your website. When will I receive my other item?

If you order another item alongside a pre-order item, then your non pre order item will be dispatched straight away. Pre orders will be dispatched separately.
