No, we can only process pre-order items in one transaction. If you want to purchase something from our site that is available to ‘buy now’ please place a separate order for these items as we cannot hold pre-order and readily available items simultaneously, to ship together. As a small business we are limited to the options we can provide in our system and limited by the functionality of our software, so pre-orders must be placed separately to buy-now items. Understandably, you may want to save on shipping costs in which case, we suggest you place a direct order for all your items once the pre-order campaign has ended in October 2025.

Our studio is located in Cornwall, UK. We post out all our items directly from our H.Q to most countries in the world, including the USA.

Shipping starts at £3.99 for mainland UK orders. USA orders start at $19.95. All shipping costs are calculated at check-out and are dependent on weight/dimension.

If you have waited longer than our shipping times then please contact us asap on info@moonphasestudios.com . There is very little we can do once an item is in the postal system but we pride ourselves on great customer service and will do anything we can to assist you.

No, unfortunately not. We can only ship to one address on the order. If you want items to go to different addresses please place two separate orders.

The discounted pre-order offers will cease at the end of September (TBC). Moon Phase Studios hold the right to withdraw pre-orders before this date.

All pre-orders are being dispatched during September 2025. Once a pre-order has been placed, you will receive email updates notifying you of your order status. Once your pre-order is dispatched you will receive tracking details as usual.
